Futurama: Bender's Big Score

I recently picked up the DVD of the new Futurama movie, Bender's Big Score, and I have to say that it is brilliant in every sense of the word. Despite being canceled for several years, the show has lost none of it's quality or spirit. For anyone who's ever enjoyed the series, seeing this is a must.

If anyone's on the fence about getting it, I found this link to one of the best scenes on youtube. Watch it, revel in it's glory, then buy or rent the DVD. It contains some spoilers, so if you're already planning on getting it, you might want to wait until you see it in the movie.

XD I love Futurama. Too bad Adult Swim on Cartoon Network is going to stop playing it. Comedy Central is supposed to start playing, though.

I might have to get my hands on that movie.

Yeah, when is comedy central starting?

I'm really disappointed though, because I hate comedy central. Especially after I saw the Kenny vs Spenny commercial. How sad is it that people actually watch that?

Farewell o' Future Friend

I'm gonna miss watching futurama on adult swim.

But, if all goes well, we shall have new episodes. Which would, of course, be the best thing to happen to Comedy Central since South Park.

We already have 3 more movies to look forward to. The deal they made with Fox was to make 4 movies total, with the first being Bender's Big Score. Comedy Central will chop these movies up into episodes and air them as a new season, along with all the old episodes they aquired. If the DVD sales for these movies, and the ratings for Futurama on Comedy Central, are high enough, there's a chance Futurama will do more stuff after that.
