Predictions for 2008

Well 2007 has come and gone. People have risen to power... and people have fallen. I'm talking about Zeldasages for those who haven't caught on. For example, All of the current VIPs were elected this year. The major down fall was Zeldaguardian falling from power...

So, what our we doing in short? Why, everything on this list:
  • Continue to make the best experiance we can for our visitors
  • Improve perks for registered members (I guess)
  • Finish game information for a few neglected games
  • Launch the Zelda Sages Encyclopedia
  • Begin uploading more downloadable computer swag
  • Run a full report over staff work ethic to see if any staff members need replacing (plenty of staff changes this year)
  • Perform everything on the todo list (most performed actually :))
  • Create a Moderator Guide to reduce moderation errors (no idea)
  • Launch the Zelda Sages chatroom *interest and money pending*
  • Begin publishing the mail bag
  • Improve news response skills (No idea)
  • Affiliate with other Legend of Zelda sites to further throw our name out there
  • Work on a few more interactive site features
  • Create some form of editorial section

Bob posted that in the beginning of the year. As you can see... the bold things are what we've actually accomplished in these 356 days...

So what are your predictions? Who will rise to power? Will Bob be bought out by some larger zelda fan site? Will Zeroth take over the world? Will Bob actually finish his todo list? Will we actually get a spam forum? Will Justin rid the world of communists? Who will become the next sage? Who will become the next S.I.T? Will there be another Zeldaguardian crisis? Will we gain 20 more active members or will this place become forgotten? Will brawl finally be released... (well this has nothing to do with Zeldasages)

Anyway, what are your predictions for 2008?
 
I think we'll finish the todo list ;)

As for another ZG crisis, I hope not...that was way to dramatic...like as dramatic as school life can be xD

brawl will come out, but with our luck the world will blow up at 11:59pm on February 9th....

why is completing the todo list an item on the todo list? :p
 
I've edited the list a bit, some things we have accomplished that were not boldafied :). The suggestions are deleted when they are completed, I guess I accidentally took off spam forum...or someone else did...:eek: The spam forum I could honestly make this moment in less than 30 seconds, the issue is I'm not certain how much that will inflate DB size, so I've been waiting for the ZS host to upgrade MYSQL to the 5 series as it supports backchecks for this :). If they don't in the next week, I'll just put it up and be done with it. As for Zelda smiles, I believe Zeroth was working on them before his termination, hehe. Photoshop has not been agreeing with me recently, but I'll see what can be done. I'd rather make my own smiles rather than take them from somewhere else.

I'm formulating a few 2008 plans right now actually, mwahahahaha!
