a lot of people dont like the game. i think it is one of the best platform games for the ps2 ever. how could you not like the bushy tail? sly can preform acrobatic moves and good stealth. murray is the muscle man. he has wonderful strenth and hes a driving HIPPO! bently is the brains. he has cool gadgets nd devises the plans. how could you not like a perfect band of thievies? the new sly game thats coming out will be the best yet. multiplayer and minigames. many new animals to play as: carmalita, dimitri, the panda king, and some other guy. there are also a few levels you get to through on some 3d glasses. how could you not like the game? how? HOW COULD YOU NOT LIKE IT?!!! TELL ME!!!! HOW??!!!?!?!?! _O

The Sly Series is by far my favorite in the Jak, Ratchet and Sly competition (Spyro was in the Spyro vs Crash). Though each has its good points (I loooooooved Ratchets weapon system, and Jak's Storyline is sweet), nothin beats stealing from a burly dude 5 times your size:cool: , mugging an evil giant rat:rolleyes: , or bombing a dude 90 times your size!!!!:D The bosses are cool and level design is awesome.

Sly Cooper gets a 8.5 out of 10

Sly 2 gets a 10 out of 10

Sly 3 gets a 9.5 out of 10

I loved the first one the best. The levels were awesome! Not only that, but I like the "one hit, your dead" thing better than health. So the gameplay for 1 is teh bomb, but there is loads more variety in 3, though I love the story of 2 the best. If only they were mixed into an "AWESOME SLY PACK!" ...sigh...

I agree that Sly 1 has a great difficulty factor and that its one-hit ko policy is great, but their is practically no replay value, as the missions just happen.

Still, it is pretty sweet.

Yes, I agree... Sly Cooper is one of the best ps2 games out there. In my opinion, it gets 10 out of 10 everything. I have mastered that game, better than anyone else, almost just has much as I have mastered Legend of Zelda. But, still, Zelda comes first, then Sly Cooper...

i think that the one hit your dead factor is dumb. games are supposed to be hard. whats hard about only hitting someone once. there is no strategy! just swing your weapon. unlike the jak and daxter series games. they actually take awhile to beat..........except for me

One hit you are dead, one hit they are dead. Its about stealth. It brings the enemy and yourself to the same level. Its no longer about how much health you have, but how much skill you have. It brings games to a new level.

Word, my brotha. But gadgets are cool to, and getting powerups in Sly 1 was a way of the perfectionist (or someone who likes exploding cows, like, oh, i don't know ... yours truly)

Think this through, though... What you have to use is knowledge and the surroundings of the places that you are at. As myself and the Great King of Haven, we follow most of the Sly Cooper moves... Stealth, movement, understanding of the surroundings, and fast-reflexes...

The 'One Hit Death' factor is to teach you to dodge and be able to act quickly and quietly... It's suppose to train your wits, eyes, and reflexes on the game... I know, because well... I have mastered it... Right Krimson??

but look what weapons u have top have to beat it. the game truely isnt hard. i'm not saying that it isn't fun, but its just that i wish it was a lil bit harder. zeldaguardian knows what i'm talking bout
