American Idol, good or bad?

This show has been running for years now.. Many people (mainly girls) enjoy this show and have become addicted, almost cult-like.. All I'd like to know is what you think of this show?

I don't really care all that much. Every once in a while I'll watch a bit of AI just for the heck of it. The show is certainly not bad though; if anything it spurred more Americans to use the democratic right to vote .

That's about all they vote for, though. As with almost everything else on TV, I hate it.

I watched it a couple of times. It bored me to tears... Personally, I find it horrendously stupid and boring.

The one, TRUE American Idol was shunned anyway. William Hung!
