I need help with my anthro-lepigomy deamphiter

I was running my anthro-lepigomy deamphiter on set 3 yesterday. I think while on a lump, it moved the DVP off the plated disc. When I went to check it, the deflector wouldn't extend past cycle 8.6. What do I do?

I checked the catalog, but there was nothing in there.

Try cleaning off the grid. Check for dirt and dust. If that doesn't work, try updating the firmware version. What version do you currently use? I head 3.6.0 sucks...

The grid is clear, and the firmware is new. However, I did find a chip in the left shaft-wheel guide. I don't think this will be much a problem, but I'll try to patch it.

Oh okay good... it sucks though when it breaks, I had mine for two years and the grid got really dirty. It ended up overheating and oozing out some silver slimey stuff. But I got a new one last Christmas so i'm back on track.
