Imagine You are in a room with nothing in it but you. Their are no doors and no windows, and the walls are to big to break. How do you get out?

I don't think that air is deadly, and how would his feet be dangling 10 feet from the ground.

Maybe he hung himself by his throat, as in he ripped it out.
