Smash Bros News

Today was a look at some of the recovery's, especially Zero Suit Samus' Tether Recovery.

That and Samus' grapple beam before a final smash. The only difference is that hookshot and grapple beam are grab moves, and today's post states that this is Zero-suit Samus' up special.

The hookshot looks cool. Today's update is:

Today is Link's special moves. Obviously the clawshot as a recovery. The spin move as the ^up^ move. And the bomb as the down move. Gale boomerang as the ranged attack- It pulls your opponent towards you.

I just reallized that there has been no news about Snake since it was announced he would be in the game. What's up with that?

Today's update is more onthe SupSpace emissary. It explains the army and their extremely destructive bomb. Said bomb is operated by two R.O.B.s...

Uh, Marth and Roy most likely aren't going to be in this one since there's Ike. There might be Ike's partner or something, but Marth and Roy look very doubtful.

Nintendo's making an effort this time to alter/remove most of the 'clone' characters, such as Pichu, Dr. Mario, and Falco (NOT Luigi). Ike seems to be a tweaked version of a heavier Roy, so I doubt we'll see too many more pure swordfighters.

I'd take Falco over Fox any day....
Yhea, Falco is better at knocking the enemy around, Fox's attacks have very little power too them. And Falco's blaster is actually useful. And Falco is better at jumping. And Falco's a faster attacker.

Come to think of it, Fox pretty much fails at life.

I am pretty much incapable of using Fox, but I was about half as good as Sly with Falco, (Believe me, that is saying something, he's AMAZING with Falco...not as much as me with Link, but still amazing nonetheless) because he was much easier to move around because he was heavier and sturdier.

I'm definitely going to have to hunt both you down, follow you to your homes, and challenge you to a 99-lives stock match without items at Final Destination sometime. 'Amazing' is relative.

Anyways, back on topic: who here thinks Diddy Kong is going to be the Pichu (That being the pathetically underpowered lightweight that is good only for target practice.) of Brawl?
