I don't know how good I'll be, since the one character I owned with (Ganondorf) will most likely not be returning since he was so much like Falco, only a LOT heavier. Unless they remake Ganondorf by giving him different smashes.

Do you mean Falcon? Ganondorf was Falcon's clone (but slower and more powerful).
 
Yes, thank you. I was thinking of clone characters and how everybody wants the clone of Fox back (AKA Falco). So, yeah, my bad.

So I was just thinking, think we'll be seeing a Brawl prview channel out of Nintnedo like we got the Metroid one? And when do you suppose we'll see the N64 SSB on the VC?
 
I doubt we'll get a preview channel but I bet they'll release the n64 version about a month or so before brawl releases (so some time in November). They'll probably send a message to the Wii saying it too.
 
Ha, yeah, I can see it now:

"Hone your Super Smash Bros. skills in time for SSBB by downloading the original Super Smash Bros!"

Or something like that.
 
Well, anyone spamming their taunt message will be highly annoying. So, yes, yes it would. So don't do it. Please.

So what characters does everyone want to see (other than Falco, Marth and Roy who will probably not show)?
 
I really want Captain Falcon and Dr.Mario (Mario will definately be in, Dr.Mario probably won't tough).
 
Today they released info about some of the Sub Space army. I can't wait to blow up some R.O.Bs.... Ha, watch the final boss be Shiggy.

I want to see Mr. Game and Watch return. I wasn't good with him, but he was a really interesting an unique character.

And Yoyolll, Capt. Falcon will be back. He was in the original 10, and I'm betting all my money they'll all return.
 
I pre-ordered it today. This is the first game I've ever pre-ordered (just because I find it stupid that people can't wait an extra day or two to get a game).

How long are they accepting pre-orders? Is it something like the wii, where you had only a limited time to pre-order it?

So anyways, they announced Snake, his song, and his B moves today. So many explosives....

Oh, and happy b-day Ultima... Sorry for yelling at you...

It's alright, I'm used to it by now, and this day has utterly sucked for me...until a few minutes ago.

For my birthday, my Mom got me a $25 EB Games Gift Card, and a pre-order for Brawl, to go along with the pre-order for PH I got a month ago, so now I am really excited...
 
I was bored, and so I was thinking of interesting items that they could have in this game. One of the best ones I thought of was the Wiimote! Think about it: You pick it up and it will randomly have the characteristics of another weapon. Also thrown in to the randomization there could be the Nunchuk config and if it took the form of a gun weapon, it would have the zapper attachment!

Oooh, maybe a Mii with various attacks using the wiimote, nunchuck, and the various attatchments ;)

Today was the re-introduction of trophies. This time, I think you can actually DO things with them...I don't exactly have time to read, but here's a picture from it (for Sly :p):

Given Mr. Game and Watch's appearance in Melee, I think it is highly likely a Mii will be a playable character. I'm betting that most of its attacks will be Wiimote-based.
 
Either Wiimote based or Wii Sports/ Play based. Eh, I'll admit that it would be interesting considering they do have their own "series". I'm sure a bunch of people would complain, though.
