Just watch the youtube video that was on that page. It's hysterical... Chris Matthews of CNN actually decided to throw a "hardball" question to a Texas state senator who is in support of Obama. He asked, "Name one of Obama's accomplishments in the Senate." The response was, "Uh, well- uh hmmm well I'm not going to be able to answer that for you tonight." A note: Chris Matthews is also a rampant Obama supporter.

It just goes to show that a two year senator from Illinois has no qualifications to be the president of the United States.

Well because the Texas state senator failed to know Obama's accomplishments, I guess I will inform you. Here's a few of his accomplishments.

-Improved border security and immigration reform by sponsoring The Secure America and Orderly Immigration Act
-Added three amendments to The Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act
-Introduced the Lugar Obama, Coburn Obama Transparency Acts
-Introduced the Iraq War De-escalation Act
-Sponsored the Defense Authorization Act
-Sponsored Iraq Sanctions Enabling Act

or what I might do... anyway all that I care about right now is that Clinton doesn't get in office the idea of her having all the patriot act stuff and eminate domaine are scary

thats another thing why arn't people up in arms about eminate domaine it's our land they are taking and we are doing NOTHING to stop them this is not how we keep our nation free what is wrong with people today and the right to bear arms is the most vital for our nation

Ok, let's all be free and carry around sawed off shotguns in our coat pockets. That way if an old lady at the cash register asks for the date while she's writing a check we can efficiently free this country.
 
no but if would all had Revolvers like the old west then it would be like the cold war no one would shoot any one because they would get shot their wouldn't be any school shootings since every one has a six shooter!
 
Haha that's not a bad idea but then if there are just two people in a room then you can shoot the other person with out them knowing.

That's kind of like the argument for legalizing pot... bad idea guys.

What about it? Unless a person becomes addicted (which you could tell if they are, and Obama clearly isn't), it doesn't really change a person. FDR used heroine or cocaine or something like that in college, Churchill drank about a pint of whiskey everyday, and those two were able to get us out of WWII.
 
So what if he did cocaine when he was a teenager? Lots of great people have.

And any idiot can see trouble coming when everyone has a revolver. This shouldn't even be an argument. Ever seen any of the Godfather movies? Everyone had weapons and what happened? Lots and lots of death. People can't always control their urges, people attack people. Especially teens, and you know where teens are? In schools, in colleges. There are enough shootings in schools as it is, and you want to give everyone a pistol?

I would much rather have someone who openly admits that they tried an intoxicant and then stopped than someone with a DUI.

How about they all don't do something and we can move on with our lives? Legalizing pot may be a good idea... I mean, I wouldn;t do it, but a lot of people do it because they are saying in their heads, "Take that authority!" People in Europe who are introduced to alcohol at a much younger age than we are, don't get in as many drunken situations that make national news... -.- It's because they aren't stupid enough to do so because they know the effects from an earlier, more impressionable age... So in conclusion to my previous statement, if we were to legalize Pot, would people be less likely to be it?

Probably, and that's a really good point, but there's one problem: this is America. People will always overdo it. Here's an example: McDonalds. It exists in Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, South America, and North America. Only in the US is it a major problem. It's completely legal everywhere, but only America has a massive obesity problem, even with kids. Can we take the same risk with pot?

McDonalds is definetly not only a problem here... Go to China and you will see the gross understatement you just made... Everyone there is pretty overweight due to the fast foods industry lust for money... "my friend" went to China... The kid in tight pants? The girls loved him cause he was the only skinny one there...

Plus, it isn't smoking Pot that what kills you.. It's the stupid stuff you do while stoned... Like jumping off roofs or accidentally falling in water while trying to make a six foot jump (my friend:D) He wasn't stoned but If he was.. He'd have died 0.0

Generally true, but still risky... especially with tainted drugs. Right there's a reason to legalize.
 
my point with the revolers is that it would be like the cold war when if you kill some one for no reason then some one will shoot you
