Today marks the US release of The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass for the Nintendo DS! The moment I walked in the door I ran out to the local GameStop to pick up my copy, and I must say the game is superb. Of course, you'll be able to read impressions in a few days or so, unless another staff member finishes Phantom Hourglass before myself that is ;).
As far as impressions of the first few hours, I am very pleased on the whole. The only real issue for me was getting used to the stylus only gameplay. However, this is nothing a good 45 minutes of trial and error could not solve. I do not want to speak my mind as of yet, being I've completed only up until actually obtaining the Phantom Hourglass right after the first dungeon. However, I will say I've already found ways to have fun seaside which will make a great start for the Phantom Hourglass CS section :). Anyway, I'm off to finish my work and continue playing again. For those of you who have yet to pick up your copy, drive on down to your nearest store and grab this hot potato before it cools *yes, this is a symptom of madness, poorly constructed jokes…*
