Before I go into the new list I'd like to point out the awesome stuff we acomplished from last year's plan. So, below are a list of things which we acomplished over the 2007 Zelda Sages year:
- Continue to make the best experiance we can for our visitors
- Improve perks for registered members
- Run a full report over staff work ethic to see if any staff members need replacing (plenty of staff changes this year)
- Create a Moderator Guide to reduce moderation errors
- Launch the Zelda Sages chatroom *interest and money pending*
- Begin publishing the mail bag
- Improve news response skills
- Affiliate with other Legend of Zelda sites to further throw our name out there
- Work on a few more interactive site features
- Work on guides for a few neglected games (note: still working on this)
Thanks to animaldude for making up that short a list a ew months ago as well :). As far as what we had not complete from last years list, we really only have three:
- Launch the Zelda Sages Encyclopedia
- Begin uploading more downloadable computer swag
- Create some form of editorial section
Though these were not completed we are not going to leave them about, they're going on the 2008 list. So, one way or another, they'll get done. Either way though we were able to accomplish a great deal in just one year; heck we even accomplished things we never even planned to begin with *such as the fan-fiction section*. In addition, we've also received a great deal of new members to the Zelda Sages community which is a huge accomplishment! So, in either case, it's time to run down what we have planned for the 2008 year. I've put a great deal of time into planning what I would like to see done, so I hope you are all eager and excited to see these forthcoming. So, what to be done:
- Launch the Zelda Sages Encyclopedia
- Begin uploading more downloadable computer swag
- Create some form of editorial section
- Finish the "Legend f Zelda Sages" RPG
- Continue work on game sections in addition to getting a walkthrough up for every game.
- Inspire more people to send in fan work…one way or another
- Continue evaluating staff members and their contributions
- Improve social aspects of Zelda Sages even more
- Perform something out of Bob's top secret plans file that will get Zelda Sages recognized by the entire Zelda Comunity
- Get chatroom activity up somehow or another
- Change the ZS ranking system a bit
Remember, this is only what we have thus far. More can be added to this list as time goes on *as was seen with the Fan Fiction section for example* so don't worry if something you want is not listed.
2007 was an awesome year for Zelda Sages, and we hope to make 2008 even better! Remember, if you have any idea for Zelda Sages be sure to make your voice heard in the Feedback Forum or by E-Mailing a staff member.
