I won't go into all the detail here, that would be far too much to say. For this, I think it is best to experiance. First, Gamespot.com recently aired a live show where they received their press Wii and several games, one of which being the final version of Twilight Princess. You can find that video here . They begin playing Twilight Princessat about the 2:30 mark, if you want to skip by the rest of the Wii information.

Update: It seems our form of Ocarina in the game is a howling mechanic used in wolf form. One such song is demonstrated in a recent video posted by IGN where Link howls with a golden, ghostly wold the Song of Healing from The Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask. I'm not sure what this will contribute towards exactly, however my guess is this howling mechanic will be very important to your quest *especially since one of the actions in wolf form is…howl*.
