Well, I thought this would certainly be an announcement of high enough importance to break the normal flow of Zelda announcements. Super Smash Brothers Brawl, probably one of the most anticipated Wii games to date, has been officially set back from its initial December 3, 2007 release date to Sunday February 10, 2008. This announcement comes shortly after a similar announcement of the Japanese date change, also to February. So, it looks like we will not have Brawl spinning in our Wiis for the holidays this year, rather disappointing really. On the contrary, Nintendo has yet to disappoint when delaying a game. Taking this into consideration, my bar for Brawl's perfection has been raised one peg higher :).
