More of the Opening Story Now on Youtube

To be perfectly blunt I have absolutely no idea how I ended up finding this clip, but it seems a French journalist decided to do some major embargo breaking and uploaded 30 minutes of time in Skyloft (taking place right after you first meet Zelda).  Granted, most of it is just running around town, but there are some cinematic moments that are potential spoilers.  Click the read more to to watch the whole 32 minute video!

Gamespot Releases Detailed Runthrough of Skyward Sword!

Getting excited for Skyward Sword? Gamespot Australia just released a video, created in partnership with Nintendo of Australia, that shows off more of the in-game mechanics, the fourth dungeon, and even more!  Of course, there are spoilers to be found inside, so if you would rather not spoil yourself do not click on the read more link. This demonstration is 40 minutes long and includes a semi-walkthrough of the 4th temple.  You have been warned!

Skyward Sword: Even More Game Footage

Skyward Sword certainly is looking more and more like it will be a fantastic final big name title for the Nintendo Wii. As we alluded to earlier, we’ve found information from TheBitBlock about even more Zelda goodness.  Look inside for a slew of 30 second demo direct feeds ranging from showing off Zelda and Link’s relationship even further, and some interesting things Link can do with a pumpkin (unfortunately, basketball isn’t one of them, ha, but you’ll find the scene entertaining nonetheless). Look inside for all the videos currently available.

Zelda Sages General Site Updates

There are a number of changes coming to Zelda Sages in the next few weeks, most of which should be pretty darn exciting! After years of on and off work, I am proud to say that we are going to, finally, be implementing a huge reworking of Zelda Sages! For more information on what this all means, and what this will mean for you, please look inside.

New Skyward Sword Comercial

Browsing around Youtube, I happened to stumble across a new Skyward Sword commercial from good o’l JP. There are a number of scene spoilers inside, so I would suggest that those that don’t want a few things spoiled not look inside. To be completely honest, I don’t think Nintendo would release something that would spoil everything, but if you’d rather not see a few new areas and scenarios in the game, don’t not continue reading.

Title Screen and First 3 Minutes of Skyward Sword

As you can guess by the title, and thanks to website Kotaku the first few minutes of Skyward Sword are now available for your viewing pleasure in a non off-screen shoot! Some of you may remember the first fifteen minutes footage from early October (which was taken down by Nintendo shortly after going online). You’ll notice a number of differences between that footage and the new, final version, footage. Those of you who saw the first fifteen minutes trailer will also be happy to see a detail that was supposed to be included only for “fun” in the demo footage made its way into the final version of the game. No super spoilers in this one, but I advise you not to look inside if you want to experience the entire game for yourself.

Fire Sanctuary, New Footage, and Full Map

Even more exciting news on Skyward Sword makes its way here today. Over the last 24 hours, even more trailers and information has been released by Nintendo. First, Reggie appeared for an interview on GTTV, during which he revealed a new trailer for Skyward Sword showcasing a lot of characters who hold a connection to “future” Zelda games. In addition, new footage showcasing the “Fire Sanctuary” has been released. Also inside you’ll find footage of the full underworld map as it appears on Nintendo’s Japanese Skyward Sword website. As always, don’t enter the article if you would rather not be spoiled. Some additional insight inside.

New Skyward Sword Footage

The footage just keeps coming! This new footage showcases exploration throughout the world below (Hyrule). As with most of the recent videos, there is a good deal of spoiler material from areas of the game, the music, etc. I will say that this footage in particular is the first to showcase gameplay in the Silent Realm to the general public. Enjoy!
